Website & enquiry terms

Inspiration and proposals

Images are illustrative design concepts. Actual decoration depends on your venue, materials, availability and agreed proposal. Package descriptions provide starting points and are not fixed offers.

Enquiries and booking

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability, scope, prices, taxes, payment milestones and cancellation terms must be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Venue requirements

Installation depends on venue access and permissions. Rigging, electricity, special effects and outdoor structures require suitable professional arrangements and venue approval.

Using this website

Provide accurate enquiry details and use the website for legitimate event planning requests. Contact the team to clarify any service or proposal before confirming your booking.
